Arcafide

Everything a $50,000 data room does.Without the $50,000.

A secure, branded deal room for business brokers and M&A advisors — open in minutes, priced flat, with your firm's name on it.

What it is

Everything a transaction needs, in one room.

Not file storage with permissions bolted on. A deal room shaped around how a sell-side process actually runs, from the first request list to closing.

Your brand on the room

Your client and their bidders see your firm's name and colours, not a software vendor's. The relationship stays yours.

Diligence request lists

Start from a standard checklist or your own template. Track every item by status, priority and owner, so nobody wonders what is still outstanding.

Structured Q&A

Buyer questions arrive against specific items, get routed to the right person, and are answered in one place instead of across forty emails.

NDA gating

Acceptance is captured and recorded before an acquiror sees anything, with a timestamped record you can produce later.

Staged disclosure

Release documents by stage — teaser, NDA, full room — so each acquiror sees exactly what they have earned and nothing more.

Buyer engagement

See which acquirors are actually reading, and what they are reading. It is the clearest signal of who is serious.

Who it's for

Stop running diligence out of a shared folder.

The established platforms were built for billion-dollar transactions and priced to match. Below that line most advisors improvise — and improvising works right up until a document reaches someone it shouldn't.

How it works

Open a room today, not next quarter.

1

Create the room

Name the engagement, pick a request template, and the structure is built for you. No implementation call, no onboarding fee.

2

Invite the parties

Your client, your deal team and each acquiror get their own view. Permissions follow the role, not a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.

3

Run the process

Track requests, answer questions, release documents by stage, and keep a complete record of who saw what and when.

Security

Separation isn't a promise. It's the architecture.

You are trusted with your client's most sensitive financial information. We take the same view of yours.

  • Isolation enforced in the database. Every firm's data is separated by row-level security in PostgreSQL, not by application code that could be bypassed. One firm cannot reach another's records even with a hand-crafted request.
  • Documents are never public. Files are held in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links tied to the requesting user.
  • An audit log that cannot be rewritten. Every view, download and permission change is recorded with the actor's identity stamped at the moment it happens, and the log cannot be altered or deleted — including by us.
  • Access ends when the deal does. Permissions are granular by document and by party, and revocable the moment a bidder drops out.
  • We cannot read your documents. Platform administration is limited to firm names, user counts and activity volume. Reaching a client's files requires membership of that firm, which we do not hold.
Pricing

Flat and predictable. No per-page billing.

You should not need a calculator to know what a deal room will cost, and you should not be charged more for being thorough. Arcafide is priced per firm — not per page, per gigabyte, or per document uploaded. Get in touch and we will tell you the number.

Contact

Let's talk.

We are working with a small number of firms ahead of general availability. If you run sell-side processes and would like a look, we would like to hear from you.
